This compares to 7 homes per year over the previous three years selling for average per SqFt of $127. Of the homes sold in the past five years in WoodCreek, most are up to 1500 SqFt on a lot of about 0.2 acre. 100% were single story, typically Transitional or Ranch in style with exterior finishes of Partial Brick and Vinyl. Among the homes in WoodCreek, 28% have a storage shed, 31% have a fenced yard, and 59% have a deck. Most were built between 1990 and 1999.
